Fruit Salad, a healthy dish that is easy to make

Besides the fresh fruit, fruit can also be processed into a fresh appetizer. Such as fruit salad yoghurt sauce. The combination of different fiber-rich fruit and yogurt sauce makes this dish a healthy and refreshing. Recipes / Kitchen: Budi Sutomo.

Material:

150 g strawberries, cut into pieces

150 g green grapes, cut into pieces

150 g mango, diced

100 g lettuce

Yogurt Sauce:

200 ml of orange flavor yogurt

3 tablespoons simple syrup / honey

3 tbsp lemon juice / lime

1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

1. Mix the pieces of strawberries, grapes and mango. Mix well. Diginkan in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Yogurt sauce: Mix yogurt with simple syrup, lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Chill.
