Material:

6 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons green tea powder
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
200 ml of liquid milk
175 ml heavy cream

Method:

    1. Dissolve green tea powder in hot water. Thickness according to taste. The more viscous, the more intense green color of ice cream.
    2. Beat the egg yolks and sugar in another container until dough is pale color. Add cornstarch liquid into it while stirring.
    3. Enter the liquid milk and heavy cream in a pan then jerang over medium heat. Stir gently until almost boiling. Turn off the fire.
    4. Enter the green tea, stirring until evenly distributed. Then add the yolk mixture, stirring again.
    5. Jerang back over low heat, stirring until thickened, remove from heat.
    6. Soak in the hot pan in ice water to cool the mixture while stirring until cold.
    7. Move into the container, freeze in freezer.
    8. Once frozen, remove from freezer, beat with mikser until smooth. Freeze again in the freezer. Perform this process 3-4 times.

* The No. 7 and 8 can be done with an ice cream machine, just follow the instructions for use only machine
