COLLECTION NICE FOOD RECIPES - This is our new RECIPE:

Banana Ice Cream Equipment

For this recipe you will need:
Blender
Measuring Cups
Measuring Spoons
Styrofoam cups, or anything you would like to store your ice cream in

Banana Ice Cream Ingredients

This recipe calls for:
1 Can cold refrigerated Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Package Knox Gelatine
1/2 Cup water (not shown in picture)
3 Sliced and frozen bananas
I Cup roasted pecans,

First Step: Mixing First Ingredients

Mix in blender:
1 Can cold refrigerated Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
Leave this mixture in the blender.

Second Step: Adding The Gelatine

Pour one package of Knox Gelatine into 1/2 cup of water. Then microwave for 15-18 seconds to heat the mixture. Stir the Gelatine until it is dissolved. If it does not dissolve heat the water longer.
Then add the gelatine mixture to the ice cream in the blender.

Third Step: Adding The Bananas

With the ice cream mixture still in the blender, turn it on and begin to add the bananas. Do Not add all the bananas at once, drop in a few at a time and let them blend in before adding more. If you add them all at once you will have a mess and will have a hard time salvaging your work.

Fourth Step: Freezing Banana Ice Cream

Now pour your ice cream mixture into your ice cream maker. It took our machine around 20 minutes to freeze the mixture.

Fifth Step: Adding Roasted Pecans To Banana Ice Cream/Storage

Once your ice cream has finished freezing add one cup of roasted pecans and let them mix in. If you don't care for roasted pecans add whatever you favorite topping is. Just make sure it is no more than one cup total.
