Chicken Cheese Kriuk Baby Gifts

300 g chicken fillets (chicken breast meat without skin and bone)
1 / 2 tsp pepper or pepper powder
1 / 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Cheddar cheese 2 sheets or more comfortable with Mozzarella cheese
cooking oil to taste
Layers:
1 tbsp plain flour
A chicken egg white, beaten until frothy
50 g coarse bread crumbs
Method:
1. Cut chicken breast into 2 parts. Thinly sliced longitudinally to slightly open.
2. Stir the chicken breasts with pepper and soy sauce until blended. Set aside and drain.
3. Tuck the cheese slices inside the chicken parts, cover again with the way rolled up like risol.
4. Marinate chicken breasts with flour then dip in egg white.
5. Dredge in bread crumbs until blended. Let stand until slightly dry.
6. Fry until golden yellow. Remove and drain.
7. For more interesting, kriuk chicken skewer with a toothpick so as to resemble sate pufferfish.
8. Serve in place of eating the little with additional sauce as a complement.
