HOW TO MAKE A Zebra Pudding

One more pudding recipe that you should try and feel, namely zebra pudding. It said because the striped zebra pudding similar to a zebra-blemish. How to make a fairly easy and it was not lost much favor with the previous pudding like cheese bread pudding and so on. Here are the materials needed.

Material:
- Chicken Eggs 6 eggs
- 300 grams Sugar
- Vanilla 1 / 4 teaspoon
- Wheat flour 80 grams
- Margarine 50 grams melted
- Water 300 ml
- Sweetened condensed milk 250 ml
- Agar-agar white 2 pack
- Chocolate powder 50 grams, diluted with hot water


How to Make it:

    1. Wet the pan with water, loyangnya sized spherical diameter of 18 cm.
    2. Sweetened condensed milk, water, agar-agar, mixed and stir well, then cook over low heat until boiling. Set aside.
    3. Eggs whipped with sugar and vanilla until fluffy and thick, and enter the flour little by little alternately with liquid margarine and stir well.
    4. Agar-agar has been poured into the cooked egg mixture, shake gently until well blended. The dough is divided into 2 parts, some mixed with chocolate, stir well, which some of them leave yellow.
    5. Pour 100 ml of yellow dough in the center of the pan, pour again 50 ml of chocolate batter over batter yellow. Keep going until the second batter alternately exhausted. Refrigerate until pudding frozen. And ready to serve.
