Black Pepper Beef Ingredients First:
* 500 grams Beef (has), cut into thin-2, then at the 2nd minute. After that, pin-2 to use a fork, so there are two air-holes in between.
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch
* 1 / 4 tsp white pepper powder
* 1 egg, lightly beaten
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* papaya leaves to taste (to wrap meat for tender)
Materials II
* 150 grams onion, thinly sliced (a ring)
* 6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
* 1 tablespoon black pepper, crushed coarse
* 2 pieces red chilli, finely crushed
* 1 / 8 tsp nutmeg powder
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with 1 teaspoon water and stir)
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 cup beef broth
* 2 tablespoons butter
* Salt to taste
How to cook Beef Black Pepper:
1. Marinate beef with 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, white pepper, 1 teaspoon cornstarch and beaten eggs. Wrap in papaya leaves, and let stand for 2 hours for flavor to infuse.
2. Melt butter in skillet, and fry beef until medium rare. Set aside.
3. Sauté (note: over medium heat), garlic and onion in skillet used to fry meat before, stir-2 until wilted.
4. Enter the red chili peppers, soy sauce, and fried meat, stir-2 flat, and enter the broth, stir-2 again.
5. Enter the nutmeg powder, cornstarch (mixed with water), and salt to taste. Cook (while occasionally stirring) until the sauce thickens and looks a bit low.
6. Remove and serve warm.
Note: If the less "spicy", sprinkle with black pepper powder to taste over the meat to be eaten.
